Hearts & things

2017: Language

For this year, I embarked on 12 months of trying to learn bits of different languages. I started off really ambitious, but it became busier than I expected, so I ended up reshaping my goal to simply learning the following in each language:

- How to count from 1-10

- How to say "hello"

- How to say "thank you"

- ... And anything else I learned was a bonus. :)

I've always loved languages, and I love learning new things. Especially when they might come in handy one day! Who knows where I'll end up traveling, or who I'll meet along the way.
